How do you determine the appropriate pressure level for different surfaces?

We assess the material, as well as the age and condition of the surfaces before selecting the right pressure level. Softer surfaces like wood requires lower pressure, while concrete can handle higher pressure. We combine the proper pressure and the correct treatments to deliver the maximum results, with the minimum risk to your property.

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties for your work?

Yes! We stand by our work. If you are not satisified with the results, we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge, and we are fully insured so you can book with confidence!

How do you handle tough stans, like oil or rust?

We have specialized techniques and products designed to tackle tough stains. We assess the stain type and apply the appropriate method to ensure effective removal. Depending on the age and type and location of the stain, some remenants may linger. We'll discuss these situations as applicable.

What precautions do you take to protect surrounding areas while cleaning?

We thoroughly pre-rinse and post-rinse any nearby plants to ensure detergents do not effect them. We also use protective coverings as necessary. We also tape off and use protective coverings for electronic devices attached to or next to your property.

How long does the pressure washing process typically take?

The duration depends on the size and condition of the area being cleaned, but most residential jobs take between 2-3 hours. We'll provide a more tailored estimate after taking a look at your property.

How often should I have my property pressure washed?

Generally, we recommend pressure washing at least once a year, but high-traffic areas or those exposed to harsh weather may benefit from more frequent cleanings.

Do you provide free estimates, and how do you calculate your pricing?

Yes, we do offer free estimates! Pricing is based on the size of the area, surface type, and any additional services requested. We offer fixed pricing for your convenience, or we can offer a quote customized to your property if you'd prefer.

What is included in your pressure washing service package?

Our standard package includes a pre-treatment as necessary, thorough cleaning of the specified areas, use of eco-friendly detergents, and a final rinse. Additional services, like stain removal or sealing can be added.

What are your payment options?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments for your convenience.

Are there any special deals or discounts available?

We are happy to offer a number of standing discounts, including
